Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective September 1, 2026

1. What ToastCraft is

ToastCraft is a self-service tool that writes draft speeches and toasts from the memories, names and preferences you provide. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Drafts, not guarantees

Each speech is produced automatically by an AI language model working from instructions we have written and the details you supply. It is a starting point for you to personalize. We do not guarantee that a speech will suit every audience, that it is free of errors, or that it will be received in any particular way. You are responsible for reading it, checking every name and fact against what you know to be true, and deciding what you say in front of other people.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the details you submit are yours to share and are not intended to embarrass, defame or harm anyone. Do not submit private medical, financial or similar sensitive information about other people. We may refuse or cancel orders that abuse the service.

4. Ownership

Once paid, the speech is yours to use, edit, perform, print and share for personal purposes without restriction. You may not resell generated speeches or use the service to operate a competing product.

5. Payment, delivery and rewrites

Prices are in US dollars, charged once via Stripe at checkout. Speeches are delivered on a private web page linked from the checkout confirmation and, where email delivery succeeds, by email. Each option includes a stated number of rewrites per speech; rewrites are generated from your original answers, your notes and the previous draft. Rewrites are not refundable separately from the order.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy: full refund within 14 days if the speech is unusable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The service and its output are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToastCraft disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maine, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the support email and allow 30 days to resolve it.

10. Independent business

This site is independently owned and operated. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or a product of any other company unless expressly stated.
