Speeches are written on demand and delivered digitally, so we can't take them back — but we stand behind them. If a speech is unusable (it ignores the details you gave, generation failed and could not be resumed, or the content is materially defective), email hello@mytoastcraft.com within 14 days of purchase from the order email address and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Most concerns are fixed faster with the rewrite included in every order: tell us specifically what to change and you'll have a new draft in a couple of minutes. If your rewrites are used up and something is still wrong, email us — we will usually add one rather than argue.
Refunds are not provided because a speech needs personal editing to sound like you (that is expected and is what the rewrite is for), because the event was cancelled or the speaker changed, because you preferred a different tone than the one you selected, or for requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Refund requests are handled within 3 business days; refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
